These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and heybaji apk (hereinafter "heybaji apk", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the heybaji apk platform at https://heybaji-apk.vip, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Governing Language

heybaji apk may request documentary proof of age, identity, or address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team will result in withdrawal suspension and may result in account closure. Accepted documents include national identity cards, passports, and utility bills dated within the past three months.

To access betting markets, casino games, and other real-money products on the heybaji apk platform, you must complete the account registration process. Registration is free of charge. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is accurate, current, and complete.

One Account Rule

Each individual player may hold a maximum of one registered account on the heybaji apk platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or through other persons — is strictly prohibited. If heybaji apk detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual (by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, identity document, or any other indicator), it will merge or close the duplicate accounts at its sole discretion. Account Credentials

Account Currency

Welcome Bonus

New players at heybaji apk who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at heybaji apk are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

Prohibited Actions

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point when information is requested.

• Sharing your account credentials with, or allowing any third party to use, your account.

Your Positive Obligations

In addition to avoiding the prohibited conduct listed above, you are positively obligated to:

• Keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times.
• Notify heybaji apk immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Cooperate fully with any KYC or compliance verification request within the timelines specified.
• Monitor your own gambling behaviour and make use of responsible gaming tools if you feel your play is becoming problematic.

heybaji apk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. This right may be exercised at any time, with or without prior notice to the player. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Detection of duplicate accounts.
• Detection of bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Player self-exclusion request (see Responsible Gaming section).
• Operational, technical, or compliance reasons at heybaji apk's discretion.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the heybaji apk support team via live chat or at [email protected] (plain text). Before a voluntary closure is processed, any pending withdrawal will be completed and any active bonus will be removed. Your real-money balance (after bonus deduction) will be returned to your registered payment method.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through heybaji apk support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked, deposits are refused, and all promotional communications are suppressed. heybaji apk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and technical failures may cause temporary unavailability. heybaji apk will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible in all such cases, but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of downtime.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or sports betting event — including but not limited to server errors, network interruptions, or software bugs — the affected round or bet may be declared void. Any stake placed on a void round will be returned to the player's account. No compensation will be provided for winnings that would theoretically have been generated had the malfunction not occurred.

Third-Party Content

Force Majeure

heybaji apk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control — including natural disasters, government actions, power outages, cyber attacks, pandemic disruptions, or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances, heybaji apk will use reasonable efforts to notify affected players and restore normal operations as soon as practicable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the heybaji apk platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and heybaji apk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
